In addition to primary care, Unifour Family Practice offers several specialized services to support patient health, convenience, and safety.
Weight Management
Maintaining a healthy weight can reduce the risk of conditions such as sleep apnea, osteoarthritis, diabetes, and hypertension. Our providers work with patients to develop a personalized diet and fitness program, and when appropriate, review prescription options for weight loss. We monitor progress closely to ensure safety and success with each plan.
Travel Medicine
Whether preparing for a mission trip or an overseas vacation, our providers help patients plan for safe travel. We review CDC guidelines for vaccines and disease prevention, provide certain travel vaccines in-office, and prescribe medications such as malaria prevention when indicated. Other vaccines may be referred to the Health Department. We also counsel on food and water safety, sun protection, and can provide medication to ease jet lag.

Additional services include on-site phlebotomy for lab orders, spirometry (lung function testing), EKG, and general X-ray imaging. Most outside lab results are available by the next day.
